FOR SMALL PERFORMANCE AGENCIES

See where your
lead records differ.

A focused review of the gaps between your lead exports and CRM. Get an evidence log, documented differences and a prioritized list of checks.

A new service in validation. The demonstration below uses synthetic records.

INTERACTIVE SAMPLE

See what a reconciliation finds.

Synthetic data · USD · 1–7 Sep 2026 UTC

These exports describe the same type of event and use a shared account and event ID. The sample contains four exceptions. Different attribution models or export definitions would need review before this comparison.

Original synthetic exports. No customer records, account access or uploads are used.

An unmatched record is a question to investigate. It does not establish a lost sale, wasted ad spend or a broken tracking system.

How the sample is calculated

The sample contains one implicit account; records match on event_id within that account. The delivery tool uses account_id + event_id for multiple accounts. Duplicate keys are excluded from one-to-one comparisons. Unique shared events are compared by amount in USD. Source-only and CRM-only records are counted separately. In the original sample: 7 source rows, 6 CRM rows, 1 duplicate key, 1 source-only key, 1 CRM-only key and 1 amount mismatch.

The corrected sample is another synthetic fixture. It illustrates a clean comparison after a duplicate is removed, missing records are added and the value is aligned. It is not a customer outcome.

PAID VALIDATION PILOT

One account.
A clear scope.

$500 one-time pilot price

First report within five business days after the scope, authorizations and usable data are confirmed.

Download the pilot brief

Start with an email scope review. The brief is not an order or a booking. No payment is collected here.

Included

  • One business account, one lead source and one CRM export; up to 5,000 rows in total.
  • A documented agreement on event definition, identifiers, date window and currency.
  • Duplicate, unmatched-record and value-difference checks with evidence for each finding.
  • Prioritized next checks, explicit limitations and a short handoff.

Agreed separately

Live tag testing, test form submissions, ad-account changes, production fixes, extra connectors and ongoing monitoring. Export reconciliation alone does not certify GA4, Ads or a CRM implementation.

After the pilot

Proposed monitoring: $790/month for up to five standardized accounts, four scheduled reviews per month and up to three hours of review work. Offered only if the pilot establishes a repeat need. Extra work requires a separate scope.

DELIVERY

Evidence first. Changes after review.

01

Align

Check the time zone, attribution window, event definition and export coverage.

02

Reconcile

Find duplicates and compare records with the same stable identifier.

03

Explain

Separate verified issues from expected differences and unanswered questions.

04

Review

Agree the next action. Changes to live systems require explicit client approval.

Before we start

Do you need names, emails or call recordings?

The export pilot uses pseudonymous event identifiers, dates, status and values. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, recordings and sensitive fields should be excluded. A secure transfer method and processing terms must be agreed before any customer data is shared. Pseudonymous data may still be personal data.

Will the numbers in Ads, GA4 and the CRM always match?

No. Consent, attribution rules, time zones, interaction dates, processing delays and event definitions can produce valid differences. The report records these limits and does not treat every discrepancy as an error.

Does the demo prove the service saves money?

No. It demonstrates a narrow reconciliation method using constructed data. There are no customer case studies or revenue results yet. A paid pilot must establish usefulness and delivery cost.

Is this a replacement for our current tools?

The service works with agreed exports from your existing tools. Tool subscriptions remain yours. API connections and production access are outside the initial export pilot.

START WITH A SCOPE CHECK

Are your exports suitable?

Tell us which lead source and CRM you use, roughly how many rows you need compared, and the business question the report should answer. A website link or field names are enough for the first conversation.

Do not send customer exports, credentials, names, emails or phone numbers in your first message. The PDF uses a separate synthetic dataset from the browser demo. Any paid work requires a separately agreed scope and terms.
